The role provides analytical, research, and execution support to senior investment professionals in the development and management of a Shariah-compliant, global multi-asset endowment (Awqaf) portfolio. The position covers public equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. The role holder will be staffed to deal/project teams and assume key responsibilities as the department executes on its mandate of developing public and private markets investment programs; supporting due diligence and underwriting processes for new investments, performing portfolio monitoring reporting across asset classes, and providing research, analytical and ad hoc support to the senior investment team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support due diligence and investment analysis for direct and indirect opportunities, evaluating strategy, team quality and historical performance.
  • Contribute to portfolio construction initiatives, including capital deployment planning and portfolio optimization projects.
  • Support investment thesis development through sector and company research, while monitoring key economic and geopolitical trends.
  • Prepare investment materials and recommendations for Investment Committee review, supported by performance and risk analysis at both fund and portfolio levels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution workstreams, including legal, compliance, and operational reviews, ensuring alignment with governance and approval requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or any related field
  • From 3 to 5 Years of experience in public and/or private investments or related field with exposure to fund due diligence and IC processes.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
