LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly expanding services organization to identify an Financial Planning Analyst . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, data‑driven environment and wants meaningful ownership of financial models, reporting tools, and strategic analysis used by senior leadership. It offers strong visibility, direct interaction with the executive team, and clear growth potential as the organization continues to scale.

Primary responsibilities of the Financial Planning Analyst role include:

• Build forecasting models, management reporting, and KPI dashboards used by leadership and stakeholders

• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple systems into accurate, actionable insights

• Support analysis across business lines, including pricing, utilization, margins, and cost drivers

• Participate in future M&A activity through financial modeling, market research, and due diligence support

• Prepare board‑ready materials and assist in designing scalable reporting processes

• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to building improved analytics tools

Primary qualifications include:

• 2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or consulting

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models from scratch and manage imperfect datasets

• Strong understanding of three‑statement modeling and operational analytics

• Experience working with ERP/CRM/operational data; Power BI or visualization tools a plus

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership

• Self‑starter with a “builder” mentality who enjoys improving processes in a fast‑paced environment
