Job Overview:
ACR Financial Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Services Coordinator to support financial operations, client servicing, and administrative coordination within the company. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial documentation, coordinating client accounts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate financial service operations and support client account management
• Prepare, review, and maintain financial documents, reports, and records
• Assist in processing transactions, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Liaise with clients to provide updates, resolve inquiries, and ensure service satisfaction
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and financial databases
• Coordinate with internal teams including accounting, compliance, and operations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in Qatar
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and financial summaries
• Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, coordination, or administrative support
• Basic understanding of financial processes, reporting, and client servicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Experience with financial software or CRM systems is an advantage
