Job Overview

Star Assist is seeking a skilled and dependable Financial Support Manager to oversee financial support operations and ensure effective coordination of finance-related services. This role is ideal for a professional with strong financial knowledge, process management experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.

The Financial Support Manager will be responsible for supporting financial processes, improving service delivery, managing reporting activities, and contributing to efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial support functions, processes, and service delivery activities.
• Support budgeting, reporting, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Monitor financial records for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Assist with resolving finance-related issues and supporting internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and operational recommendations for management.
• Coordinate with finance teams to improve workflows and internal controls.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational enhancement.
• Contribute to strategic planning and financial support operations management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial support, accounting operations, or finance management.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
