Finishing Engineer

Job Title: Finishing Engineer (Mid-Career)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

We are hiring a Mid-Career Finishing Engineer with strong Dubai project experience to manage and supervise finishing works on site, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate has worked in Dubai for at least 3 years as a Finishing Foreman and holds a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities (plaster, paint, tiling, gypsum, joinery, ceilings, flooring, etc.)
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved materials
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to achieve target deadlines
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper finishing standards are met
• Coordinate with consultants, project engineers, and other trades to avoid clashes
• Prepare daily progress reports and support site planning/forecasting
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety rules
• Handle snagging, de-snagging, and handover readiness

Requirements

• Mid-career level experience in finishing works
• Minimum 3 years Dubai experience as a Finishing Foreman (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQ items
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
