Finishing Foreman - Civil

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Assign tasks to skilled and unskilled workers, ensuring proper use of materials, tools, and machinery.
• Monitor progress and productivity, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective measures.
• Ensure safety procedures and site regulations are strictly followed by all personnel.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure efficient project flow.
• Verify the quality of materials delivered and used at site.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily reports on manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, material storage, and waste management at the construction site.
• Support the Site Engineer in setting out works, leveling, and marking foundations.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational issues at site promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, material usage, and work completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
