Finishing Supervisor

The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising all finishing activities at the high-rise building site to ensure work quality, timely progress, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise all finishing works including plaster, paint, tiling, marble, ceiling, doors, windows, joinery, and façade.

· Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, foremen, and workers.

· Ensure that work execution follows approved drawings and quality standards.

· Inspect materials and workmanship to meet finishing specifications.

· Prepare daily progress reports and highlight any issues or delays.

· Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

· Check and approve mock-ups and sample finishes.

· Maintain finishing schedules and assist in snag list preparation and closure.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

· Experience: 5–8 years in construction, including 3+ years in high-rise finishing supervision.

· Knowledge: Finishing materials, quality standards, and construction sequences.

· Skills: Leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
