Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities at the construction site
  • Maintain site records, attendance, and manpower logs
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and site documentation
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and head office
  • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and site expenses
  • Assist in preparation of invoices, delivery notes, and material records
  • Ensure proper filing of drawings, permits, and approvals
  • Support HR and accounts-related site activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as Site Admin in construction projects
  • Knowledge of site documentation and reporting procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently at site locations
  • Must have GCC experience
