Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System Helper

We are looking for motivated and reliable Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System Helpers to assist our technicians in installing, maintaining, and inspecting fire safety systems. The ideal candidate should be safety-conscious, physically fit, and able to support the team in various tasks related to fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians in installing, testing, and maintaining fire alarm and fire fighting systems.

Handle basic electrical wiring, pipe fitting, and equipment setup under supervision.

Help with inspection and routine maintenance of fire alarm panels, detectors, sprinklers, extinguishers, and hydrants.

Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are organized and safely handled.

Support in troubleshooting minor faults and reporting issues to senior technicians.

Follow all safety procedures and regulations while on site.

Assist in site cleanup and ensuring work areas are hazard-free.

Requirements:

Minimum High School education or equivalent.

Previous experience as a helper in fire alarm or firefighting systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.

Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage.

Good communication skills in English or Arabic.

Willingness to work in various sites across Umm Al Quwain.
