Fit-Out Construction Manager (F&B / Retail)

We are looking for a hands-on Fit-Out Construction Manager to lead and execute restaurant and retail fit-out projects for YABA Group, from site handover to opening.

This is an on-site execution role, not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full F&B fit-out execution from shell & core to handover

Coordinate and control:

Fit-out contractors

MEP subcontractors

Mall management & approvals

Ensure works are executed according to:

Approved drawings

Mall guidelines

Budget and timeline

Daily site supervision and reporting

Identify and resolve site issues before they delay opening

Verify material quality, workmanship, and finishes

Coordinate inspections, snag lists, and final handover

Enforce site safety and compliance

Required Experience

5+ years experience in:

Restaurant fit-out

Retail or mall-based projects

Proven experience with:

Food court or inline mall units

Fast-track openings

Strong understanding of:

Fit-out sequencing

MEP coordination

F&B operational requirements

Experience dealing with UAE malls and developers is mandatory
