Fit Out Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Fit-Out Engineer to join our team and manage interior fit-out projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality execution, timely delivery, and full coordination between site, design, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out works

Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and authority requirements

Monitor project progress, timelines, and manpower on site

Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site standards

Handle site issues and provide technical solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and finishing works

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Good coordination and problem-solving skills

Strong site management and communication skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
