JOB DESCRIPITION

Overview

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take‑offs, and pricing for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring competitive and timely submissions for tenders and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates for joinery, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing works.

Conduct quantity take‑offs from architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.

Review BOQs, specifications, and tender documents to determine scope.

Request and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.

Prepare tender pricing sheets and submissions.

Maintain updated market prices and supplier databases.

Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project teams.

Prepare cost comparisons, summaries, and documentation.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out materials and construction methods.

Proficient in quantity take‑offs and cost estimation.

Ability to read architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.

Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Excel; estimation software is a plus.

Detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of fit‑out estimation experience.

Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail projects preferred.

UAE experience required.

Arabic candidates preferred.

Salary

AED 4,000 – 5,000
