Job Title: Fit-Out & Joinery Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out & Joinery Engineer with experience in interior fit-out and joinery works for commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes
• Oversee joinery works such as doors, wardrobes, cabinets, and custom furniture
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Review drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved designs
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
• Prepare site reports, material requests, and progress updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in fit-out and joinery projects
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and joinery production
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in site supervision and project coordination
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience in retail, commercial, or villa fit-out projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or basic drawing review
• UAE driving license (advantage)
