Fit out Project Engineer - Airport

• Lead and direct project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Manage project dependencies and critical path, optimizing project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for project improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement best practices and tools for project execution, driving productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives to enhance market competitiveness and product reliability.
• Support production area activities as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve unit performance objectives and organizational goals.
• Conduct material quality control checks and make reliable recommendations.
• Implement and promote product quality and workplace safety awareness programs to attain zero accident results. Support production area activities in a hands-on manner to assist in achieving unit performance objectives.
• Always maintaining a two (2) week look ahead and distributing it with the team.
• Daily walk site with the internal team and subcontractors to ensure productivity.
• Coordination & Internal inspection with the factory production team of all items to the project you are handling to ensure project specification & quality control.
• Studying all drawings issued by the design team to know all details and material connections during execution. Responsible for completing the project time frame including securing the issuance of the Taking over Certificate.
• Supervising the estimations team with any new tenders or variations for your assigned project.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in UAE
• Knowledge of Fit Out construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Experience in Airport operations
• Familiarity with Auto Cad and Construction drawings.
• UAE Driving License

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
