Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Fit-Out Project Manager with extensive experience in managing fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will coordinate site teams, manage timelines, budgets and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards. This role involves overseeing all aspects of fit-out projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage the entire fit-out project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution and final delivery.

* Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.

* Review drawings, BOQs and specifications before project execution.

* Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

* Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.

* Ensure compliance with UAE authority approvals, safety regulations and quality standards.

* Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

* Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

* Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise to avoid delays or cost overruns.

* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MEP or a related field.

* 4–6 years of UAE experience in fit-out and renovation projects.

* Strong understanding of fit-out execution, MEP coordination and authority approvals.

* Demonstrated experience managing fit-out projects in the UAE, including high-profile commercial and residential projects.

* Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out regulations, codes and industry best practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* UAE driving license required

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
