Fit out Supervisor

The Fit-Out Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities  Supervise and monitor all fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, etc.) on site.  Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.  Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.  Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and client expectations.  Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with HSE standards.  Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight any delays or issues.  Assist in site measurements, material requests, and ensuring timely availability of resources.

Requirements

 Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

 3–5 years of experience supervising interior fit-out projects.

 Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, and interior construction techniques.

 Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

 Strong communication and leadership skills.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage site teams effectively. Salary Range: OMR 200. Accommodation will provide
