Fit-out Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and inspect workmanship to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure timely execution of works according to the project schedule.
• Manage and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on-site.
• Track and report project progress, site activities, and workforce performance to the Project Manager.
• Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage on site.
• Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure rectifications are completed before project handover.
• Maintain site discipline, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
