Job Title: Fitness Center Manager (Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Female Fitness Center Manager to lead and manage our women’s gym. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, sales, and gym management, with proven experience in the UAE for more than three years.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fitness center.
• Supervise and motivate the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Provide training and development for staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement new strategies to increase memberships and improve gym performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in the facility.
• Handle member inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work under pressure and manage long working hours when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fitness and gym management in the UAE.
• Strong background in fitness training and personal coaching.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Professional, organized, and results-driven.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
