Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Management
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for fitout projects.
- Coordinate all phases of fitout works from mobilization to handover.
- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
- Monitor progress and report project status to management and clients.
2. Authority Liaison & Compliance
- Liaise directly with ADDC, Musanada, TAQA, Civil Defense, and other local authorities for design approvals, inspections, and NOCs.
- Ensure all installations (MEP, fire safety, and utilities) meet Abu Dhabi authority requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on authority documentation and inspection requests.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ADDC and Musanada regulations, design codes, and procedural changes.
3. Design & Technical Coordination
- Review IFC and shop drawings for compliance with authority standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for design modifications and technical solutions.
- Conduct value engineering to optimize project cost and efficiency.
4. Procurement & Cost Control
- Prepare BOQs, procurement schedules, and material submittals for client and consultant approval.
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Control project budgets and prepare cost variance and progress reports.
5. Quality, Health & Safety
- Implement company quality assurance and HSE policies on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with safety officers and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
6. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead progress meetings, prepare reports, and ensure transparent communication.
- Ensure smooth project handover with all required documentation, approvals, and certifications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience managing interior Fit-out projects (commercial, retail, F&B, office, or hospitality)
- Proven track record managing fit-out projects in coordination with ADDC, Musanada, TAQA, and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, authority approval processes, and utility connection procedures.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and AutoCAD.
