Fleet Coordinator

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to manage our company’s vehicle operations. The role involves coordinating fleet activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting daily operational requirements.


Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Work Schedule: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week

Salary: 3,000 to 3,200 AED


Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor, schedule, and coordinate fleet usage and availability.

· Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, licensed, and insured.

· Track fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle-related expenses.

· Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth daily deployment.

· Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare related reports.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE transport regulations.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics/Operations (preferred).

· 2–3 years’ experience in fleet management or coordination.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel).

· Knowledge of UAE traffic rules and licensing procedures is an advantage.
