Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle fleet. This role ensures that all vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and efficiently utilized to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage regular vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and GPS tracking data.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, servicing, and inspections.
• Coordinate driver schedules and assignments to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal transportation regulations.
• Manage vehicle registrations, insurance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanics and vendors for timely repairs.
• Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures.
• Analyze fleet data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Address and resolve issues related to vehicles or drivers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
