Fleet Coordinator

• Coordinate effectively between drivers, projects engineers, garage staff, office staff, and the line manager to ensure driver and vehicle are scheduled for 1200 manpower mobilization to all different-different sites officially communicated and followed workflow efficiently.
• Monitor GPS tracking to verify drivers’ timely arrival at sites, identify unnecessary idling or vehicle use, and ensure efficient utilization of company vehicles
• Plan and coordinate appropriate routes and vehicle assignments according to requests to optimize transportation efficiency.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors to ensure the timely rental of equipment’s like forklift, crane, trailer, book trucks etc.
