Fleet Coordinator

• Coordinate and book trucks for daily transportation requirements to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Manage the movement of shipments efficiently and safely from origin to destination.
• Perform high-speed scheduling and dispatch planning to meet operational deadlines.
• Optimize transportation routes to reduce transit time and transportation costs.
• Monitor and track real-time movement of vehicles and shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
• Handle unexpected delays, route changes, or operational challenges through effective problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate transport records, booking logs, and delivery updates.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and transportation regulations.
• Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple transport activities simultaneously.
