Job Purpose

  • Oversee all operations related to fleet and transportation management, ensuring smooth coordination between the department and other internal functions. Ensure all transportation activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with the Bank’s procedures, while maintaining the optimal condition of all Bank-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all fleet-related operations, including daily activities, accounts, and vehicle movements.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s approved internal procedures.
  • Review and approve maintenance and repair requests for vehicles.
  • Follow up on service agreements and contracts with external vendors and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor vehicle insurance renewal dates and ensure timely issuance of insurance policies.
  • Supervise the review process for vehicle license renewals and ensure compliance with the Bank’s procedures.
  • Prepare an annual operational plan for the fleet department and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to fulfill transportation requests.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and ensure proper control measures are applied.
  • Follow up on the technical inspection and readiness of vehicles in coordination with traffic departments and authorized workshops.
  • Liaise with traffic units to complete licensing procedures and renew vehicle

Job Requirements: -

Educational Qualifications:

  • Suitable bachelor’s degree

Experience :

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in fleet and transportation operations.
