FLEET OPERATIONS MANAGER

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize the company’s fleet operations. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills to ensure efficient fleet utilization, cost control, and compliance with UAE transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company fleet (light & heavy vehicles).
• Supervise drivers, transport leaders, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and meet safety standards.
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance costs to reduce operational expenses.
• Develop fleet policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
• Manage route planning, scheduling, and timely dispatch of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, registrations, insurance, and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with RTA, DOT, and UAE transport regulations.
• Implement GPS tracking and fleet management software for efficiency.
• Handle accident/incident reports and liaise with insurance companies.
• Prepare operational reports for management and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fleet/transport management in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and UAE traffic regulations.
• Proven experience managing a large fleet (light/heavy vehicles).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and MS Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
