Fleet sales executive- Vehicle

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Duties:

▪ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

▪ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

▪ Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand sales.

▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

▪ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to management.

▪ Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

▪ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability.

▪ Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead in the industry.

▪Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and problem resolution.

▪ Oversee sales forecasts, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet financial objectives.

Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of sales principles, business development strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM).

- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.

-Experience in negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.

Qualification & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
