What does a Fleet Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the daily operations of the Fleet Maintenance department within the designated area along with ensuring that all Fleet equipment is maintained in a safe and serviceable manner. The Fleet Supervisor will train in Tempe through December 2025 and move to the Mesa location in January 2026.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Fleet Safety & Compliance: Ensure vehicle safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance across all Sales Centers.
  • Manage Incident Reporting & Repairs: Collaborate with the Safety Department on damage incidents and ensure timely repair completion.
  • Coordinate Inspections & Documentation: Collect, review, and verify DOT inspections and related documentation.
  • Authorize Repairs & Issue POs: Work with Sales Center fleet teams to review repairs and manage purchase orders.
  • Lead Fleet Training Programs: Conduct training on safety procedures and equipment operation (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Negotiate & Manage Vendor Relations: Secure favorable rates and manage vendor contracts for repairs and equipment.
  • Oversee Repair Facility Operations: Coordinate activities at company-owned repair facilities and schedule service work.
  • Control Fleet Expenses: Track and analyze repair and purchase costs to manage budget and reduce expenses.
  • Provide Strategic Leadership: Guide staff development, performance management, and foster a positive work culture.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Engage management in planning, mitigate personnel risks, and support organizational goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • 2-4 years fleet work experience required
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective training programs/sessions.
  • Knowledge of code compliance and legal requirements of regulatory agencies.
  • Knowledge of all Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Vehicle Carrier regulations.
  • Adaptability – Ability to adapt to change in the workplace.
  • Business Acumen – Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues.
  • Communication – Ability to effectively, clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.
