At PepsiCo, we are committed to Winning with Purpose by developing future talent and creating meaningful career experiences. We are offering a Tamheer training opportunity for a Fleet Supervisor Trainee to join our Supply Chain team in Jeddah.

This role will provide hands-on experience in fleet operations, vehicle tracking technologies, workshop coordination, and compliance processes within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support fuel system monitoring using the Perto App

Monitor fleet movement through vehicle tracking systems (Telmatix)

Maintain and organize fleet documentation and filing systems

Track vehicles under maintenance and workshops

Assist in vehicle handover processes and permit issuance via the Tamm system

Support monthly fleet inspections and compliance checks

Training & Learning Scope:

During the 6-month Tamheer program, the trainee will gain exposure to:

Fleet tracking systems and operational tools

Monthly vehicle inspections and reporting

Workshop and supplier coordination processes

Fuel management systems

Documentation, compliance, and audit readiness

Vehicle permit issuance via the Tamm platform

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Eligible for Tamheer Program

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Good communication skills in Arabic and English

Interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fleet Operations

Preferred Majors:

Supply Chain Management

Logistics Management

Business Administration (Operations/Logistics)
