Flight and umrah Sale Agent Multan Branch

Seven Zones Travel is a UK and US-based travel agency with branches in Pakistan. We specialize in Umrah packages, flight bookings, holiday tours, and visa services. We are now expanding our operations in Multan and looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight and Umrah package inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
• Provide accurate ticket pricing, availability, and package details to customers.
• Book and issue tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with the operations team for visa, hotel, and transport arrangements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report to the branch manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in travel or Umrah sales (preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of GDS / ticketing systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
