Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end seller accounts on Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Optimize product listings with relevant titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with Flipkart guidelines.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Flipkart Ads campaigns (CPC, CPM, etc.) for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams (cataloging, design, ads, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer escalations, returns, and service-related issues effectively.
- Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with sellers/brands and suggest growth strategies.
- Stay updated with Flipkart policies, new features, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or E-commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in managing Flipkart accounts or e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub, listings, inventory, and ads management.
- Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CR, ODR, late dispatch, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
