Flipkart Account Manager

India

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end seller accounts on Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Optimize product listings with relevant titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with Flipkart guidelines.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Flipkart Ads campaigns (CPC, CPM, etc.) for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (cataloging, design, ads, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer escalations, returns, and service-related issues effectively.
  • Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with sellers/brands and suggest growth strategies.
  • Stay updated with Flipkart policies, new features, and e-commerce trends.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or E-commerce preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in managing Flipkart accounts or e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub, listings, inventory, and ads management.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CR, ODR, late dispatch, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
