Floor Manager

Hot n Spicy is seeking a Floor Manager for our Karachi branch. This is a leadership role focused on ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations at the branch
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Coordinate with kitchen, store, and HR teams for seamless workflow
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

• Experience: Proven background in restaurant or hospitality management
• Location: Karachi
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced operations
• Knowledge of compliance and reporting procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000
• Shift: 10 hours per day
• Offs: 2 days off per month

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
