We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in a premium fine dining restaurant. 1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable dining experience for all guests.

Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service hours.
2. Operations Management

Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring service flows smoothly and efficiently.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service and order accuracy.

Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating plans.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
3. Team Leadership & Development

Supervise, train, and mentor service staff.

Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities.

Ensure grooming, discipline, and adherence to service etiquette standards.

Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
4. Quality & Standards Control

Maintain premium service standards aligned with fine dining expectations.

Ensure proper table settings, ambiance, and cleanliness at all times.

Monitor food and beverage presentation before serving.
5. Sales & Upselling

Drive revenue through upselling and promoting high-margin items.

Ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings, ingredients, and pairings.

Support achievement of daily and monthly revenue targets.
6. Administrative Duties

Prepare shift reports and operational updates.
