Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day guest service and operational activities at the beach facility. The Floor Supervisor will ensure smooth service delivery, staff coordination, and adherence to hospitality standards, creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable beach experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across designated beach areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and high-quality guest service.
• Monitor the performance of lifeguards, housekeeping, and service staff on shift.
• Support the Beach Manager in coordinating F&B operations, guest relations, and activity areas.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and beach amenities to maintain standards.
• Report operational issues and improvement needs to the Beach Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
