Floor Supervisor

• Oversee service, repair, and maintenance work to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the workshop floor, including service bays and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Ensure all customer vehicles are completed on time for delivery and undergo final inspection.
• Resolve customer complaints and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
• Minimize repeat complaints by ensuring high standards of work.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are implemented and followed on the work floor.
• Plan and monitor work floor activities to align with customer commitments and business objectives.
