Florist

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design, a deep knowledge of flowers and plants, and a genuine interest in helping customers celebrate life's special moments with beautiful floral arrangements. As a Florist, you will create custom bouquets, arrangements, and decorative pieces for various occasions, such as weddings, funerals, holidays, and corporate events, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Arranging Flowers: Designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, or corporate events. This includes choosing flowers, trimming, and arranging them creatively to meet customer specifications.
• Customer Service: Assisting customers in selecting flowers, plants, and gifts based on their needs and preferences. Providing advice on floral care, arrangement styles, and delivery options.
• Flower Care and Maintenance: Ensuring flowers, plants, and supplies are properly cared for. This includes trimming, watering, and storing flowers to maintain their freshness.
• Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining an inventory of flowers, plants, and floral supplies. Keeping track of stock levels and ensuring that the shop has sufficient stock for orders and displays.
• Sales and Marketing: Promoting floral products and services through in-store displays, social media, or other marketing channels. This might include offering discounts, organizing special sales, or creating promotional arrangements.
• Handling Orders and Deliveries: Receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders, including handling online or phone orders. Managing delivery logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of floral arrangements.
