About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer – Team Lead to oversee mobile app development projects and guide a team of developers in building innovative, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Flutter, Android, and SQLite, combined with leadership skills to drive delivery excellence and ensure top-notch app performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review UI mockups, technical specifications, and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI designers to create seamless and user-friendly mobile applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and delivery of quality releases.
• Participate in testing, QA, and bug-fix cycles to maintain application stability and performance.
• Communicate effectively with the product and engineering teams to align development efforts with business goals.
• Contribute to app architecture, state management, and feature scalability discussions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Flutter, Dart, and Android development
• Good understanding of SQLite and SQL Server
• Familiarity with state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX)
• Experience working with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Solid grasp of app architecture, performance optimization, and debugging techniques
