FM Engineer

• Manage and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) maintenance activities across facilities.
• Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire fighting & fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Attend and resolve breakdown complaints and emergency issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements.
• Handle AMC contracts, service schedules, and documentation.
• Support testing & commissioning activities when required.
• Prepare technical reports, quotations, and method statements.
• Maintain proper records of equipment history, service logs, and asset registers.
• Liaise with clients and provide timely updates on maintenance status.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower for site activities.
• Use company vehicle for site visits (valid UAE driving license required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
