Hiring FM Supervisor

Roles:

• Supervise day-to-day FM operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works)
• Lead and manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedule
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and permit-to-work systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Handle client complaints and service requests

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as FM Supervisor
• Degree or Diploma in a related field
• Experience in Mall or Commercial Building are highly preferred
