FM SUPERVISOR (MEP)

Job Description

A Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor oversees day-to-day building operations, maintenance teams, and vendor services to ensure a safe, functional, and compliant environment. Key responsibilities include managing preventative maintenance schedules, enforcing health and safety protocols (HSE), handling repairs, managing budgets, and leading technicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years in facilities management or a supervisory role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
  • Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Software: Proficiency in facility management software, CAFM, and MS Office.
  • Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians, janitorial staff, and contractors.
