Follow-up and Reporting Senior Officer

Job Responsibilities:


• Manage all follow-up tasks and reports efficiently

• Attend meetings, record minutes, and distribute directives as needed

• Monitor the execution of tasks, directives, and transactions according to the designated timeline

• Organize and maintain Executive Office reports

• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely task completion

• Review incoming reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all follow-up actions are addressed

• Verify that all task and report requirements are met before approval

• Maintain and archive supporting documents systematically


Job Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
