Hiring: Food Section Supervisor (Hypermarket) – Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Food Section Supervisor to manage operations in the food section of a leading hypermarket in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the fresh food / grocery section
• Ensure proper display, stock rotation (FIFO), and product quality
• Monitor hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage and guide staff in the section
• Coordinate with suppliers and inventory team
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service

Requirements:

• Experience in hypermarket / supermarket food section
• Knowledge of FMCG, fresh food, or grocery operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
