Foreman – Job Ad (Decor & Fit-out / Joinery)

Job Description:
We are hiring a Foreman with experience in decor and fit-out works, mainly joinery. The candidate will lead the workforce, ensure quality work, and coordinate with engineers and management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site labor and daily operations for joinery and fit-out works
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and meets high-quality standards
• Coordinate materials and equipment for projects
• Communicate progress and issues to engineers and management
• Train and guide workers as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in decor and fit-out works, mainly joinery
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
