Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solid Surface Foreman to supervise fabrication and installation operations at our facility in Umm Al Quwain. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of solid surface materials, team handling experience, and the ability to manage production timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities for solid surface fabrication
• Manage and guide fabricators, helpers, and machine operators
• Ensure accurate cutting, joining, thermoforming, and finishing
• Maintain quality control standards across all projects
• Coordinate with production and project teams for timely delivery
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in the workshop

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in solid surface fabrication
• Strong knowledge of acrylic solid surface (Corian / Hi-Macs / Staron or similar)
• Experience in handling workshop teams
• Ability to read drawings and execute production plans
• Knowledge of CNC, routing, and seam joining processes
• Good problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred

• Experience in UAE or GCC
• Basic English communication skills
