Foreman/ Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing workers, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of site staff.
• Assign duties, monitor progress, and ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies at the worksite.
• Communicate effectively with site engineers and project managers.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in construction/maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and project workflows.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings is an advantage.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Abu Dhabi.
