Foreman_LPG Project

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mechanical installation of LPG pipeline systems as per approved drawings and project requirements.
• Supervise and execute welding, brazing, and fitting works for carbon steel, copper, and GI pipelines.
• Oversee installation of LPG equipment including tanks, vaporizers, regulators, valves, and gas meters.
• Carry out electrical wiring and cabling for LPG vaporizers, PRDP units, gas detection systems, and associated equipment.
• Ensure correct cutting, bending, threading, and assembly of pipes and fittings.
• Conduct pressure testing, purging, leakage testing, and final commissioning of LPG systems.
• Prepare and review testing documents and ensure system readiness for handover.
• Manage and guide junior technicians and fitters on-site to ensure timely and quality work.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and safety officers to execute work in compliance with project timelines.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with UAE Civil Defense and HSE standards.
• Monitor site safety practices and implement corrective actions when required.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure leak-proof brazing and weld joints.
• Work with gas detection panels, alarms, emergency shut-off systems, and flameproof equipment.
• Operate and maintain welding machines, cutting torches, pipe threading tools, grinders, etc.
• Ensure tools are used properly and maintained in good working condition.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in LPG piping and mechanical works (mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of LPG system installations, safety standards, and site execution procedures.
• Proficiency in arc welding, gas welding, brazing, and pipe fitting techniques.
• Proficiency in Electrical systems
• Leadership skills to guide and manage junior team members on job sites.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematic diagrams.
• Familiar with construction site operations and LPG project workflows.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor and high-altitude environments.
