Foreman/Supervisor - Aluminium & Glass

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate aluminium and glass installation works at project sites.
• Lead site teams to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
• Review drawings and ensure work is carried out as per specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and tools for daily site operations.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site management for smooth workflow.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Foreman in Aluminium & Glass works.
✅ Strong knowledge of curtain walls, doors, windows, structural glazing, and cladding systems.
✅ Ability to read technical drawings and lead installation teams.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
