Roles and Responsibilities:

  • SM ( Support Managers) will be the ones interacting with the clients on a one-to-
  • one basis after the prospects are onboarded as clients.
  • The conversion from prospects to clients happen after an awareness session that the
  • company offers to a specific number of prospects, pooled in through lead generation.
  • SM’s first objective is to make this conversion happen.
  • Clients will either chose to learn further or opt to open an account and start
  • trading. The SMs will have targets in both account opening and course enrolment.
  • Once clients are onboarded as traders, it is the SM’s responsibility to hand-hold them in
  • the trading journey. (For this too the SMs will have funding targets
  • and attached incentives)
  • Assist management in decision-making through financial data and reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records for audit purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
