Forman/Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor / Foreman to oversee construction and maintenance activities across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing teams, ensuring work quality, safety, and timely completion of all tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for both construction and maintenance works.
• Manage and monitor the performance of technicians, skilled workers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment for ongoing works.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress and issues.
• Coordinate with engineers and management for project planning and task allocation.
• Support in handling client requests and ensure work completion within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in construction and/or maintenance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of civil, MEP, and finishing works.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
