Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Founder Office Executive to support our leadership team and reporting to CEO. The ideal candidate will bring with exposure to strategy, international outreach, partnerships, pharmaceutical industry , combined with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires someone who is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly dependable , capable of managing priorities while ensuring seamless execution of tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct executive support to the CEO, including drafting internal and external presentations, collateral and partnerships
  • Draft, review, and manage email communication, ensuring timely responses and professional tone.
  • Assist in campaigns for growth of company
  • Handle cold calling and client interactions to support business development initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • function as program management office- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and team members/clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharma, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AI tools, MS Office Suite, and English
  • Strong US level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in cold calling, lead follow-ups, and client engagement .
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
