Founding Growth Lead

E-commerce is moving from "drag-and-drop" to "text-to-store." At Zambeel, we are building the agentic layer of e-commerce—a suite of AI tools that builds, manages, and scales stores for merchants.

The Role

We are looking for our first Growth Hire to join the founders in our Lahore office. You won't just be "running ads"; you will be the engine that takes us from 100 to our first 10,000 active subscribers and beyond.

You are an owner-operator. You don’t wait for permission. You don’t need an agency to make a creative for you. You see a trend, you use AI to generate the asset, you launch the campaign, and you optimize for MRR—all before lunch.

What You Will Own (The North Star):

Drive MRR & Active Users: Your success is measured by one metric: Building MRR in a truly global market.

Full-Stack Execution: You will conceptualize, create, and run paid campaigns across Youtube, Meta, Reddit, Google, and TikTok.

AI-First Content Engine: You will use modern AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Claude, etc.) to produce high-velocity creative assets. We don’t spend weeks on a video; we spend hours.

Unconventional Channels: You aren’t afraid to go offline. Whether it’s hacking distribution at a conference or building B2B partnerships with agencies, you go where the users are.

What will you bring:

3+ Years of "In the Trenches" Experience: You have managed paid budgets (even small ones) and understand attribution, NDR ,CAC, and LTV. You have receipts to prove you’ve grown something before.

Mentally Flexible & AI-Native: You are likely on the younger side or young at heart—you adapt instantly. You know that the "growth playbook" from 2022 is already dead. You use AI to speed up your workflow 10x.

Global Mindset, Local Presence: You are based in Lahore (or willing to relocate) and thrive in a high-energy, in-person environment, but you understand the psychology of a merchant in Texas or London.

High Agency: You identify problems and solve them. You don’t say "I need a designer for this banner"; you open Figma/Canva/Midjourney and do it.

Bonus Points:

- Familiarity with shopify app ecosystem or the general ecommerce tools ecosystem

- ⁠Experience in scaling global SaaS products

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
